About the book - A Solid Management Platform

The book advocates an increased awareness of the ways we build and maintain knowledge, especially in a management context.

Too often, and with severe consequences, management training and development are out of sync with reality. The strategies used are not adapted to deal with increasing complexity. Fortunately, however, we are not helpless victims of circumstance.

As managers, we can decide to act and build knowledge from science, insight from critical thinking and adapt an evolutionary perspective on human nature; all leading to a more solid and sustainable management platform.

This knowledge will help counterbalance our innately irrational disposition and thus dramatically improve the quality of our problem solving and decision making.
